- First-time visitors are prompted to enter a phone number at the SmartScreen. While you do that, Vend's computer vision detects your vehicle and links it to your phone number and reservation. The gate opens.
- Returning visitors don't need to do anything. Vend recognizes your plate automatically and matches it to your reservation.

A Seamless Exit Too
Leaving is just as easy. As long as you depart within your reserved time window, Vend’s Computer Vision will recognize your vehicle again and open the gate—no extra steps required.
